This two-story barn was once home to a radio station studio & music studio before being thoughtfully reimagined as a short- and mid-term rental. With existing electrical, framing, and partial drywall already in place, the focus was on building out what was needed while making every square foot count.

We added plumbing, insulation, drywall, a full bathroom, laundry and a kitchenette to transform the space into a fully functional 600sqft efficiency. The design leaned on what was already there, incorporating existing furnishings alongside secondhand and vintage finds to keep the space light, vibrant, and inviting. The result is a space that feels warm, comfortable and inspiring.
